How did Live the Day Radio get started?

I (Rachelle) always wanted to have a radio show. In the early 2000’s I co-hosted an Internet Radio show called Totally Outrageous. The show aired for two years on “Give me Talk” until the site shut down. Missing having a show and desiring a way to reach more people with a positive message, I began to seek another home for a radio show. In 2006 KNUS picked up Live the Day with Coach Lee. I hosted the show alone and it featured subscribers to 365 Days of Coaching. The show went along for a year and a half just fine, until I received a message that I needed a co-host, and even gave me the name of the person I should ask.

I had the good sense to listen to the “voice” and invited Christen to join the show. Wow, and since then the show has taken off in amazing ways. We moved to a new station in Denver, KKZN 760 Progressive Talk. Sponsors and advertisers were attracted to the show along with amazing guests and experts.

I (Christen) am so glad that Rachelle invited me to join her in this radio adventure. Before jumping on board with Rachelle, I had been feature weekly as the Life Coach on Sassy 107 FM in Denver. With Live the Day, my dream for having my own show has been realized. Thanks Rachelle! I'm having such ball being a part of this wonderful show with all of its colorful guests and fun, spontaneous conversation! I couldn't think of a better person to do this with.

We have reached our goal to grow the show by expanding it to an hour within this first quarter of 2008! We've enlisted the help of more experts, sponsors and advertisers and continue to feature amazing guests that provide the latest in motivation, inspiration and information.
