Will Bowen is the lead minister at Christ Church Unity in Kansas City, MO. Prior to entering the ministry, he spent many years in radio and in sales and marketing. His passions are exercise, Bible history, juggling, horseback riding, traveling, and reading, He and his wife, Gail, have a daughter, Lia. The Bowen family live in rural Missouri with several horses, dogs, and cats.

In July 2006 Will Bowen suggested his congregation use purple bracelets to monitor their success at eradicating complaining from their lives. His idea exploded around the world and 4.6 million purple Complaint Free bracelets shipped to over 80 countries.

Bowen has been featured on Oprah, The Today Show, Fox News Channel and in dozens of TV and radio interviews. Stories about him and the movement he created have been written about in over 100 newspapers, People Magazine and Chicken Soup for the Soul. His first book, "A Complaint Free World," is published by Doubleday, the audio book by Random House Audio and is also being published in more than a dozen foreign countries.
