With nearly fifteen years in philanthropy, Maggie F. Keenan, Ed.D. is the owner & principal of givingadvice. Maggie is dedicated to providing philanthropic services to small business, corporations and family foundations. Her focus is on making a difference for her clients and the causes they care about. She is recognized for her passion and personal commitment to improving giving and acknowledged for her insight, intellect and applicable value her programs provide.

She is a member of the Inaugural Class of the Robert Hull Leadership Fellow of Southeastern Council of Foundations, a Savannah Leadership Fellow, and initiated the building of a community foundation in St. Simon's Island, Georgia. Maggie is the Founder of Savannah Women Connect, a professional business women's network and holds a doctorate from the University of Georgia.
