In addition to founding Compass, Kim’s professional experience includes the co-founding of SkillsVillage in 1999, a human resources software company, which was acquired for nearly $40 million dollars, as well as leadership of a highly profitable Silicon Valley consulting firm with $60M in annual revenues. Kim has held a wide variety of positions as board member and advisor for numerous coaching organizations, including The Silicon Valley Coach Federation and Coachville.com.

Kim is happily married, and is the proud parent of four step-children, ages 10 to 21. She spends time between her home in California and her ranch in Washington State.
